A2P 10DLC Registration & Brand Verification: Our platform registers businesses through the A2P 10DLC campaign registration process to ensure message deliverability and compliance. This involves sharing your business name, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and campaign use case with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and downstream mobile carriers. This information is used solely for carrier verification and message routing.
SMS Data Retention: Message content and delivery records are retained for a minimum of 90 days and up to 12 months to comply with carrier audit requirements and dispute resolution. Opt-in and opt-out consent records are retained for the duration of the customer relationship and beyond as required by applicable law.
Online Privacy Policy Only
